Exotic animals visit Bobby Moore Academy

Students at East London’s Bobby Moore Academy, part of the David Ross Education Trust, welcomed a number of exotic animals to the school as part of Mr McSweeney’s science lesson.

Year 7 students spent the lesson with different animals including a tarantula, a hissing cockroach, a cornsnake, an African land snail and a gecko. Students were able to hold each animal and learn more about evolution and how these animals have adapted to life in different parts of the world.
